WHO WE ARE
Future Fox Infrastructure Ltd. is owned and operated by Nicholas Pollard - an independent engineering technologist.
Our services include the production of civil and structural engineering drawings, architectural/renovation renderings, energy analysis reports and project management/supervision.
All scene objects modeled and textured from scratch. This includes the curtains, bed sheet and pillows. Realistic draping techniques were used to give gravity based displacement. The use of a sun based lighting system and various internal lights gives the image a realistic mood and brings out the material textures well.
All scene objects modeled and textured from scratch - including the draping couch material, plants and rug. This scene uses a blend of lights, including a sun source and various internal lights; this gives the scene an authentic feel as demonstrated by the faint plant reflection in the window.
RADIUM Culvert Rehab (SLIP LINE) Project
For this project Future Fox had the fortunate opportunity to team up with PW Trenchless out of Surrey. In the role of Project Coordinator, we helped to monitor the installation of a a slip line culvert.
20 Minute Lake - Civil Design
We worked alongside an engineer/client and together we produced the civil engineering drawings for this 17 unit development.
This job included taking survey data of the raw surface conditions and transforming it into a fully function residential development model (as per city standards). The grading for this project was fairly difficult due to the sloping nature of the area. But with diligent persistence and great teamwork, we were able to create an efficient design on schedule.
The project was coordinated with the use of Dropbox. It allowed us to exchange edits, dwg's and other files seamlessly.
